Het Parool had already picked it up in December: “Title role for Ramsey Nasr in film Spinoza” read the message in the newspaper. And indeed we can now announce that actor and Poet Laureate Ramsey Nasr will play the role of Spinoza in the film that Rudolf van den Berg is directing about this seventeenth-century philosopher.
